Is the hot water Faust turned on also the filter in the end of the hose connected to the hot water may be plugged with lime or sediment

How about trying other options - regarding spin and temperature.

1. remove rinse aid dispenser from top of agitator, if present.2. remove bolt in center of agitator, if present, if not, proceed.3. pull up the agitator.

If the water flows though the inlet then the flow pressure should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the dry spin with the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water from the clothes during the spin.

does it come from the door or underneath if from the door either there is to much washing in and the weight pushes against the door and water comes out or the door seal has gone if from underneath its one of the pipes that cary the water to the pump either a hole or small split should be easy to check if you take the back off washer also check pump motor is clear or in my house my wifes under wires from here bra;s have a tendancy of comming through the pipes haha hope this helps ivan

It sounds as if you are using WARM water for the wash cycle since your complaint begins with the rinse cycle. The rinse cycle generally uses COLD water, so I must deduce that your washer is not filling up for the rinse cycle. The humming sound is likely coming from the fill valve being starved for cold water.
Investigate your cold water supply to the washer and if you have good supply, you may want to replace the fill valve.

This washer has a belt. The belt drives the pump on this washer. The motor turns in both directions. iIn one direction the washer tub is locked and the tranny agitates. The water pumps out and the tub spins in the other direction. If that pump is locked up or the hose from tub to pump is blocked then it wont pump the water out. Lay the drain hose down towards a bucket and see if any water comes out. If not you got blockage. Once you drain it out tip is back and remove the belt (no tools needed) turn the pump both directions and look for signs of a failed pump.
