The bulbs on the older (pre-fall of 2010) Comfort zone heaters are in pairs... if one bulb of the pair is burnt out the other will not work. Also they are not easy to line up when replacing them back into the recepticle...they must line up perfectly to work.

If it is on the energy saving mode it won't shut off. You need to set it to the high or low mode to get it to cycle off and on. This is what COmfort Zone told me when I called them. Hope this helps.
My comfort zone 1500wo isn't
Hi, I just got my comfort zone 1500w and same thing. I called Comfort Zone this morning at 1-800-221-6895, they are most pleasant and helpful. She said it was because I had it on the energy saving mode. When it is set to that the fan runs continuously and never shuts off. She said to put it to the low or high setting and once the temp is reached, it will automatically shut off. Then when the temp drops it will turn on. Cycling off and on doesn't work with the energy saving function - she couldn't really give me an explanation for it just said don't use it if I want it to cycle off and on. Hope this helps.

Need to change my comfort zone heater from Cent.
I can't say for sure but many circut boards or thermostat boards will have what is called a dip switch on the board it self. this is a small I mean tiny switch. Often you will have a set of them together so their easy to find. You will need a small awl or knife poilt to switch it as it is that small. It should be marked on the board so you can find it. Also on some if you simpley hold the temp button for fivr or ten seconds this will switch it for you but I think yours will have the dip switch. Good luck.
