It is located behind the key panel. UNPLUG THE UNIT FIRST.
Remove top grill (2 sinked screws on top)
Now remove the single screw on top of the key panel. Barefully slide out the keypad up and out. The smart people of kitchenaid put the dang fuse jammed between the fan housing and the right wall. Remove the entire bottom plate that holds the lights and such... I think 8 screws. Now remove 2 screws that hold down the fan housing. Now you going to have to use a screw driver and some wiggling to move the plastic housing out of the way enough to pop and slide out the fuse and replace. To test you can use a continuity tester and place it between the fuse. There is nothing visible on this fuse (250Volt 20A fuse Fast Acting I think) e.g. you can't see that the fuse is broken or not. Make sure no wires are pinched while putting it all back.

You have a shorting membrane keypad.

If and when an oven is coming on or doing anything by itself, this is very dangerous and can result in a fire.

So until it is repaired, please leave it unplugged or leave the door open when it's not in use, and please do not leave it running unattended.

The clicking sound would probably be a realy on the Circuit board. Do you have it set on Full power?? If it is set on a lower power setting the relays will open and close to try to regulate the cook power.

The door handle can easily be replaced on MOST microwave ovens by removing the inner door panel that goes around the perimeter of the glass. The following link explains how to access and replace the door handle:

My grill has also fallen off twice. It usually results in the tabs breaking off. My solution has been to add tiny (1/2" x 1") shims in the slots where the tabs have broken. Look carefully. There are two tiny channels. I wedged the wood in and then reattached the grill using sheet metal screws in the same screw holes. It won't come down again. In three years since doing the kitchen with all KA appliances we have replaced the grill once. We had the stove removed and replaced by the appliance company at no charge after 4 months. We had our ice maker replaced out of warranty. I would never recommend KA appliances to anyone. The quality is absolutely terrible.

your better to dismount the door first you may need to remove the top case {no power empty the glass out etc incase you need to tip it over} sometimes you need to remove the whole top panel either look for the expoded view for it also and take lots of pictures first and as you go go for it you can do it its easy i recon 8 screws max for the top of the case and 4 screws for the top hinge and then lift off the front four screw to take off the actual front and 2 screws for the handle ,,,, thats 14 screws in and out

Usually push click button than set time and push click button again (some will have you push the "start" button)

The magnetron is bad . The component that generates the frequencies to heat up the food. Require prof. service tech.
