I can only guess? usually the pump is near the kitchen sink on the floor. Sometimes there is a simple panel with a couple of screws. It will suck directly out of the Fresh water tank and then supply to the rest of your trailer.. LISTEN FOR A CLICKING NOISE....with or with out the water on. That is the pump making a normal noise. Good luck....https://library.rvusa.com/brochure/2018_CrossRoads_Sunset%20Trail%20Super%20Lite.pdf

Does a 2018 Jayco Octane 273 have a city water hookup

The water connection is typically on the driver's side outside wall. You most likely have a valve that switches between "Fill" (a ~60 gal. water tank) and "City pressure" that allows the water pump to be turned off. If the water fill isn't visible on the sidewall, check in the wet bay for the connection.

I have a 2009 Sunset Trail both fresh and city water systems are not working. If I hook up to city water, my fresh water tank fills up. I replaced the pump but still have the same problem. HELP!

There should be a diverter valve switch (manual) that allows water to flow into the fresh water tank or supply city water to the RV. Some have a inline 1 way valve that prevents water going to the fresh water tank. When this valve goes bad, water is diverted into the fresh water tank. since it will not allow pressure to build up.

I have a keystone springdale 311ressr. My water pump is under the carpeted step by the bedside stand. There is no access panel that I can find. How do I get to it to winterize?

Drain the supply tank (or run the pump until it sucks air) then pour a little RV potable antifreeze into the supply tank, open each faucet/outlet -- one at a time -- and run the pump until antifreeze appears at that faucet, close it and go to another one until all are running antifreeze - they color it to make this easy. All piping and pump and tank is now full of antifreeze and protected. In the spring put a little fresh water with a dose of chlorine bleach in the tank, run that through all outlets, fill tank with clean water and run that until you can't smell chlorine. System is clean and ready for use.

Need to know steps to winterize a 2001 Thor-Citation 23-R trailer. Or schematics of key points to address.

If you don't have a hot water heater winterizing bypass kit installed, get one before going any further.
Next, drain the water out of the hot water tank. Add POTABLE (not automotive) anti freeze to the water system Run run faucets one at a time both hot and cold, toilet and shower head until you see the anti freeze . Next, shut off the water pump and open the faucets. This saves any chance of cracked water lines. When you want to use the trailer again, close the bypass valves on the hot eater tank and run the pump long enough to remove the antifreeze solution from the system. Fill the water tank and run the faucets for a few minutes. Potable antifreeze won't make you sick so there's no worry if you don't get it all out of the system.

Trying to fill fresh water tank. Overflows in a minute

there is probably a stoppage in the relief opening. should be next to the potable water fill. are you trying to fill from the pressure inlet or potable fill inlet? if from the pressure inlet, there is a bypass valve by the fresh water tank to divert watr into it.

Owners Manual does not lay out in detail where options are like the fuse box, water pump etc... Is there a service manual that outlines in more detail

Usually generic, and not much detail. The fusebox should be with breaker panel in most cases. Look for a brown cover. As far as pump goes, turn it on and listen close until you find it. usually not too far from potable tank. May have to remove a cover, on front or top for access.
