This is normal.. the two different wiring harnesses are NOT the same!! Get the CORRECT ONE if you expect it to work!!

You should measure the fuel pump's supply first to check that the pump works ok.
When it dies, do you hear the pump pressing your ear against the fuel tank and turning the key to on position and your kill switch to on too?You should hear it working for 3 sec.If not working at all start by checking the pump's relay and then the pump itself.

depending how much you want to adjust ,if you need it lowering a bit you could see if you can cut some foam out the seat you just use a electric carving knive

plates are usaully not the problem, the diaphram spring and collar are well known for issues

A bent fork is highly likely. That's a real bummer because fixing it is likely to cost more than the bike is worth.

It should show the maximum tire pressure right on the tires.If you fill them at a gas station,I would bring my own gauge as they are rarely correct at the gas station.I would use the maximum or probably no more than 2 psi under maximum.This rating is usually for optimum performance.If you live where there is a lot of variation in temperature outside,I would check them 2-4 times per month.I live in FL and check mine every other week or once a month due to consistency in temperature.

i think its under the ride'ers seat...but you may get to unbolt this by taking the pillion seat off....

IT KINDA HARD... THE TWO OUTSIDE SPARK PLUGS ARE EASY.... U NEED A MAGENTIC PICK UP SMALL TO GET THE MIDDLE TWO OUT.... YOU ALSO NEED A NON LOCK ON SOCKET FOR THE MIDDLE TWO SPARK PLUG..... THEN YOU HAVE TO REMOVE MOST OF THE PLASTIC ALSO TO GET TO THE SPARK PLUGS....

could be the starter solenod. you can find it by following the positive cable from the battery to the solenoid. try bridging the two posts with a pair of needle nose pliers. if it starts you now know your solenoid is bad. if it doesn't, could be your starter. check all wires clean and connected.

Need to check the charging, get a multi-meter (volt meter) and charge the battery and measure the voltage of the battery with the bike not running, then start the bike and rev it up to about 4000 rpm, then measure the voltage at the battery, if the voltage isn't above 14 volts then you have a charging problem, likely you have a bad stator, that you that you have had lots of problems with the stator,.

put the bike in second or third gear. hold in the clutch and start building speed. The faster the better, then let out on clutch quickly and if motor fires, squeeze clutch back in to keep it running.

Either your thermostat is in need of replacement and or your water pump is bad. First try bleeding the air from the system. Hope this helps.

check your ignition switch to make sure its in the on position, also make sure you have a good battery and the cables are clean and connected properly

recheck all connections,battery,ignition switch,starter button switch and kill switch

i think its underneath the motor under a small protective cover only one wire connected to it

be suspect of both the swich & the oil pump!!!
get it checked ASAP
dont start it !! just incase its the oil pump or you can spin a bearing or seize the engine!

Sounds like your charging system is failing. You should have 12 volts on a battery when not running, and around 13.5 or so while running. Check it with a meter if you can.

Maybe fuel line issues.

Something like that sounds like he simply missed a connection on the upper harness. There is a connectors over and to the left side of the engine. Check all the connectors.
