Gas leak

Coil packs are absolutely not the problem...the problem is a mixture of the float valves not closing correctly and a sticking vacuum fuel tap.

When runing petrol is comeing out of the top of

The carb is flooding because of a stuck needle valve in the float chamber. When the bike is running at higher revs, it is probably drawing enough fuel into the engine to run OK, but at low revs, the overflowing petrol will be getting into the engine in far too higher volume and flooding the cylinder, drowning the spark plug.

You will need to remove the float chamber from the carb, take out the pivot pin that the float hinges on in order to release the needle valve and clean it out. 99% of the time simply dropping the needle valve out, giving it a wipe with a lint free cloth and flushing a little clean petol through the inlet pipe to dislodge any obstruction will fix the problem. While the float chamber is off, check that there is no dirt in the bottom and that the entire chamber is clean and free of any muck.

There will probably be a drain valve on the side of the carb (Usually a brass screw set into the base of the carb float chamber at a slight angle). Before you go to the trouble of removing the carb from the bike, try this:

Turn off the fuel supply.
Put a cup under the carb to catch fuel.
Remove the drain plug and allow the fuel in the float chamber to run out.
Now the float is sitting at its lowest possible position inside the float chamber, turn the fuel supply back on and as petrol runs out of the drain hole, tap the carb sharply and repeadedly with the end of a screwdriver as you let about a pint of petrol flush through.
Turn off the fuel supply and replace the drain plug.

The flushing and tapping MAY dislodge the obstruction that is holding the needle valve open and fix the problem without having to remove the carb

My 2002 kawasaki zx6r is

Check the fan by connecting it directly to a 12V source. If it powers up, check the fan's relay and/or fuses. If they are good, the problem is in the temperature sensor that tells the fan it's time to come on. Good luck and safe riding.

My '02 zx6r has oil in the air filter box.

it sounds like there is to much oil in the engine the same thing happened to my zx6r, hold the bike upright on level ground then check oil level on the glass viewing window which is on the right hand side of engine, you should see oil level between the low and high marks, if level is above top line you will need to drain some oil out by undoing sump bolt or using a siphon, when ever checking oil level bike needs to be upright on levelish ground some people check oil levels when bike is on side stand which is wrong as it shows oil level as low when in-fact its probably right

My 1994 ZX6R with 5k miles is getting spark at all

You will need to check the valve clearances and then do a compression test, a valve may be corroded slightly open. If it has a really wide clearance it is probably stuck open.

A quick fix without removing the head may be to make sure the piston is down on that cylnder, remove cam , and push or tap valve lifter to try and free it,

Bike sat for a month or so and now it will not

Pull the plugs or one plug and squirt a little gas down there to get things going, your fuel pump is dried out and the lines need to be primed with some vacuum, not just cranking. Don't use the throttle till it fires, just the choke. Hope this helps.

My 2002 zx6r will not start, i change the spark

There are many items the first three are fuel, air, and spark. If you are getting fuel, check spark. If you are getting spark check your kill switch, ignition switch, and relays. After this you are getting into more complicated areas that you could come out cheaper by dropping it off at a shop.
Did anything happen to the bike since it last started or was anything done to it at all since it last started?
Please post and let us know.
