No fault lights on
No fault light doesn't mean a code couldn't be stored . Try checking for code's if you haven't
Is the TPMS light on ?
Important: All transmitters which are to be recognized by the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR) must be programmed in a single programming sequence. Once the Invalidate All Fobs selection is made, all learned transmitters are erased. Up to 8 transmitters can be programmed. Do not operate or program the transmitters in the vicinity of other vehicles that are in the keyless entry program mode. This prevents the programming of the transmitters to the incorrect vehicle.
With a scan tool, access the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver Module Setup menu. Select Program Key Fobs.
Select Invalidate All Fobs. This will erase all learned keyless entry transmitters and prepare the RCDLR to learn transmitters.
Select Next Available Slot. Follow the on-screen instructions. Simultaneously hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the keyless entry transmitter to program.
When all the desired transmitters have been programmed, exit the vehicle and operate the transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation.
Circuit/System Description
When a keyless entry transmitter button is pressed, an RF signal is sent to the vehicle. The remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR) receives this RF signal by way of the keyless entry/tire pressure antenna. When the RF signal is received, the RCDLR determines the specific command sent by the transmitter and will relay this message to the body control module (BCM) via serial data. The BCM will then perform the command.
Probably the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver
is the problem . Just a guess without testing .
Remote Control Door Lock Receiver Replacement
If the remote control door lock receiver is replaced, the following procedures must be performed:
RCDLR Programming -- Refer to Service Programming System (SPS)
Keyless Entry Transmitter Programming -- Refer to Transmitter Programming
Tire Type Setup:
3.1. Install a scan tool
3.2. Select Remote Control Door Lock Receiver under Module Setup in the Vehicle Control System menu.
3.3. Select Tire Type/Pressure Selection.
3.4. Follow the on-sceen instructions.
Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor Learn -- Refer to Tire Pressure Sensor Learn
Your best bet mite be to have the dealer or some other qualified repair shop check it out .

Bring it to a "Batteries Plus" type store; they can repair the fob if it is ony a broken battery clip. They did it for me for free! IF it is not the fob, then bring it to a dealer??

1. Close all doors
2. Insert key into ignition
3. Hold down the power UNLOCK button on the driver's door panel, continue to hold down
until instructed to release in step 9.
4. Perform steps 5 through 8 in a fairly rapid succession.
5. Turn the ignition to the ON position (as far as you can go without starting the engine.)
6. Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
7. Turn the ignition to the ON position (as far as you can go without starting the engine.)
8. Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
9. Release the power UNLOCK button on the door panel. The vehicle should respond by
door locks locking and unlocking automatically. (If locks do not cycle after you let go,
not before you let go of the unlock button, then the vehicle has not entered programming
mode and you must start procedure over. Remove key from ignition, open drivers door
and return to step 1 ). If the locks do cycle automatically then proceed to step 10.
10. Hold down the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote until the doors lock and
unlock. This may take up to 30 seconds.
11. Repeat step 10 NOW for each additional remote. (Including any existing remotes).
12. Turn the ignition to the ON position to exit the programming mode.
13. Test remote(s).
