If it is the correct key and has not been damaged then there must be some obstruction in the lock cylinder. I have seen a bug once make it his home. One of the tumblers may have become dislodged. Look inside with a light and see if there is anything. Take the computer key board compressed air and see if you can blow anything out. Also put a little graphite on your key and see if that will allow it to enter. Make sure that the ignition tumbler is in the correct position.

You can't insert your key into the ignition lock cylinder or you can't turn it ? Try cleaning it with some electrical cleaner . Read this

Firstly, change the battery in the key fob, next, make sure the car is in park when removing key, try stepping on the brake pedal too. Next, have the ignition switch tested..the key cylinder should not be worn out on a 3-4 year old vehicle? Also verify battery has power.

Maybe not be a key problem , is the security light lit when trying to start the vehicle ? Why did you replace the ignition ? Ignition switch ? Who programmed the key ?
Moving the ignition switch to the CRANK position sends a 12 V signal to the PCM Ignition Crank Sense. The PCM verifies that the transmission is in the PARK or NEUTRAL position. The PCM then grounds the control circuit of the START relay. When the START relay is energized it allows voltage to the starter solenoid S terminal.

It could be the neutral safety switch which prevents you from cranking the engine in gear.
But it could also be the anti-theft system. The system reads the chip in the key to allow the starter to crank the engine.
Is the security light staying on ?

I'm having the same problem, in research I have been told I need a new ignithion switch and or key. Ignition switch is not an easy thing to replace, The air bag must be disabled and that is a proccess discribed in another Solve, you should look further on this sight for that information. I'm just nursing mine alone for now.
