Failed hc ppm& feul evap test

If I read your post right, you are over on Hc and that is all? Check the air filter, check the injectors. You are either not getting enough air or are getting too much fuel.

How do I troubleshoot my 1993 Saturn sl1 the fan doesn't work so the car overheats, beings I'm a female, tired of depending on a am , please help

If you know for a fact the cooling fan is why the engine overheats, you would test the relay and the signal from the computer. The relay gets power from the battery circuit and the key switch, and a ground signal from the computer when the fan is needed. The engine temp sensor tells the computer how hot the engine is, and when it reaches 220 degrees the computer grounds the relay providing power to the fan motor. You would need a meter or a test light and the wiring diagram for the circuit to find the problem.

Gears are hard to change. clutch releases low.

check your clutch fluid .its on drivers side under hood, on the fire wall . It takes brake fluid. If it is vary low or nothing at all , you may have to bleed the system .

It started out that my

When you changed the ECTS the coolant level went down and the float for the coolant level stuck down. Look in the tank and you will see what I am talking about. There is 2 sensors on that car one is for the Gage and one is for the ECM. I usually change both so we know everything is good. I hope this helped. Have a nice day :-)

How to bleed clutch on

Clutches can be a swine to bleed. The best way is to do it reversed. You need an irrigation syringe from a pharmacy and a bit of hose that will fit over the open bleeder on the clutch cylinder and the end of the syringe. Then you inject the fluid while someone else tells you to stop when the fluid level gets to the proper height in the reservoir up top. Close the bleeder and you're done. If you cannor organize these things, open the bleeder and put your finger over it with light pressure. Have someone pump the clutch pedal and hopefully you will feel a little pressure that you can let escape with every push. Some cars require several hundred strokes, I once counted 700 on a Saab. So the syringe thing is worth the trouble. If you do it the finger method, don't let the reservoir run out!

I can't figure out how

If you don't already have a new battery...your best option is to price one at your local auto parts store...most of the national parts stores...ie AutoZone will install your new battery for free...:) You need to first disconnect both of the battery` cables...these bolts are 5/16 inch socket size...there are battery bolt terminal wrenches available for about $4...then you can safely inspect the hold down cage...(yes needs to be removed) and the actual battery hold down bolt located at the bottom of the terminal side of your battery...this bolt is usually 13mm...a deep well socket or 12 inch extention can make this bolt removal easier...be sure not to store your new battery on the ground...(cement) this can affect the life of the battery...Hope this helps...:)
