2010 Volvo XC60. It starts but shuts off after 2 or 3 seconds.

Question edited for clarity, add MAKER. Question moved to model category. Number 1 tip, NEVER disconnect a battery. Always keep voltage to the ECM and Anti-Theft Immobilizer. You can use two wires, another battery or jump leads attached to the connectors. Even an MN1500 battery is enough power for 10 minutes. There is normally lots online regarding setting the security system, but I only find this https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t24487_ds612242 https://www.google.com/search?q=2010+Volvo+XC60+reset+security+system ..

Volvo xc 60 rear fog does not work, bulb is ok.

HiFriendOnly the left side (if the driver position is located at this side) or right side (the drive in the opposite side) will be work because the fog lamp must work only in one side - left or right (or other drivers will see both lamps as brake lights - and due to this reason, only the left one (your driver position is on the same side) is working. So, you can think "and about the right side, why is the reason the fog light has a power cord if this side doesn't work? So I will answer you: your Volvo car has a security system called VOLVO ACTIVE BRAKE LIGHTING (you can make a search with these words) which both "fog" lamps will be turned on at the same time of your brake lights in an emergency situation when you need to stop your car quickly and intensively. That's it, friend. I hope to have helped you with your question.

How do I remove the steering wheel of my volvo xc60?

You do not need a puller!DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND WAIT 10 MINUTES!The top plastic cover on the steering column has to come off on the XC60. Release the steering adjuster and pull the column out and down. You will see a rubber seal. This has 10 clips that have to gently pried off. You can then remove the plastic upper cover from the front. (Nearest the steering wheel) It pulls up and out of the front clips and the bottom has lugs that slide out towards you if you are sat in drivers seat.Next the fun begins. You need a flat blade (s)crew driver with a 5.2mm blade end. (A 5mm works) You need to turn the steering wheel until you expose a rectangular slot in the back of it where the cover came from. Insert the (s)crew driver with the blade flat and level and touching the bottom of the hole. This will take a few attempts but you need to get the (s)crew driver under a clip and then turn the (s)crew driver 90 degrees to open the clip. You can then pull the airbag out slightly. (That is not easy either) once it is out about 10mm turn the steering 180 degrees and do the same with the other one. The air bag is now lose but the wires are very short. There is one position you can lay it where you can disconnect the two plugs which have the usual type of push in clips securing them.Put the airbag out of the way somewhere safe and facing up.You can now losen the 13mm bolt retaining the steering wheel but do not remove it yet. With the steering wheel straight, look in the cavity and at the bottom left is a small torx head (s)crew. If it won't unscrew, gently lever it out.Through the steering inner section at about the 11 "O" clock position you can see a slip ring. There is a small hole where the (s)crew goes into and locks into a recess to stop it moving. When it is locked you can remove the main steering wheel bolt taking car not to turn the steering wheel. If you have steering controls there will another plug to undo and you can then remove the steering wheel. There are two pins that go into the rear of the steering wheel so when you put it back together make sure they go properly and then reverse the above procedure. Do not forget to remove the little (s)crew a put it back where it cam from. The main bolt should be torques to 45nm.

Is Volvo sat nav worth the money?

If your Volvo is Not one of the 2013 models with the SENSUS product save your money and get a cheap Garmin.. for around !75. The Volvo product on the dash is confusing as H... and takes too much fidgeting to use it, plus you CANNOT access it when vehicle is in motion. Car must be pulled over to side of road to use it.. (must be a European design) . For my time and money the only reason we got the NAV in our XC60 is because you must elect it to get the backup camera option. In the early days of backup cameras that was your only choice. Now you can get one on the corner for less then 1/3 rd the dealer price retrofit) . In the newer Volvo's with Sensus and NAV being integrated by APPLE I would get the OEM product.
