How do you set the time for a pro sport armitron watch wr165ft.
- Press and hold "Set": Until the display blinks.
- Set Hour: Use "Mode" or "Adjust" to change hours.
- Set Minutes: Continue pressing to adjust minutes.
- Optional Features: Use same buttons to set date, alarm, etc.
- Save Settings: Press "Set" again to save and exit.

ZERO-SETTING OF THE SECONDS-HAND & SUB-SECOND HAND ON THE SECTOR ADV1000 CHRONOGRAPH.
NOTE: The pusher buttons A, B & C are positioned on the watch at the 2 o'clock (A), 10 o'clock (B) & 8 o'clock positions (C), while the crown is at the 4 o'clock position.
1) Set the crown at the normal (in) position.
2) Push the B button twice.
3) Pull out the crown to the 2nd position (fully out).
a.) Seconds-hand setting: a push of button A moves the 2nd hand by 1 second. Move it until it is at the zero position.
b.) 2/100ths second hand: a push of button B moves the 2/100ths second hand by one 2/100ths second. A continuous push moves it quickly. Move it until it is at the zero position.
4) Push the crown back in to normal position.
QUICK-SET OF THE CALENDAR DATE
With the alarm switch off, pull out the crown halfway to the first "out" position (not fully out). Turn the crown clockwise to quick-set the date.

Opening the Watch Back If your watch back has no screws and only pin holes, it might be a snap-off case back. Here are some general steps to open a snap-off watch back:
Use a thin blade or a similar tool to pry the back off. Be careful not to scratch the watch.
Insert the blade into the seam between the watch back and the watch case.
Apply a small amount of pressure to lift the back off.

Adjusting the Links If you need to adjust the size of the watch band by removing or adding links, here are some general steps45:
Look for the arrows on the underside of the band. These arrows indicate the direction to push the pins out.
Use a pin pusher or a similar tool to push the pin in the direction of the arrow.
Once the pin is out, you can remove the link.
To reattach the links, insert the pins in the opposite direction of the arrows.
A jeweler or watchmaker might open this for you otherwise.
I found some general instructions for operating quartz watches which might be helpful but I can't find specifics for your watch. You can try contacting the manufacturer, otherwise.
To set the time, pull the crown out to the second position. Turn the crown to adjust the hour and minute hands. When the day changes, the watch moves to AM (ante meridiem) status. The day will change automatically during the period between midnight (0:00) and about 5:30 am.
After setting the time, push the crown back in to the first position. The watch and the seconds hand will restart, now set to the exact time
