It sounds like the sheets were incorrectly installed. The nails should be in the higher section of the corrugated iron rather than the valley, the lower part. If it is in the lower part, it is constantly wet when it rains, so will leak. If you can identify which nails are leaking, clean that nail head and apply some silicone or spray with bitumastic sealer.
