this is not a job for the faint of heart as you are taking the machine down to its component parts, removing bearings and seals and splitting the outer drum to get at the inner drum. No one has documented it on your model, but the videos will give you idea.
If it trips an earth leakage trip then that will probably be a damaged oven element.
Time for an electrician to replace the element or find another fault if it isn't that.
That sounds indicative or either a failed controller board or bad connections on it. What you can try if you wish is getting to the control board and spraying all the connecters with electrical switch cleaner. For any board edge connectors remove the connector, spray the contacts on the board edge and polish the board edge contact strips with a piece of kitchen towel. If that doesn't fix it call for service and diagnosis as control boards are expensive, so you need not only a correct diagnoses but warranty on the part and the labour.
The other possibility as an afterthought, as the drain blockage caused this, is the pump working okay? These machines have self test procedures on the pump, and if the pump doesn't pass, the machine shuts down. If the drain was blocked and the pump was running for an extending time, it may be heat stressed. That would be a much cheaper repair.

Water Inlet Flow Meter P/N 00602819 is failing.
For a Bosch Axxis Washer model WFR2460UC --
If both of the water supply valves are open, you cleaned the hose internal strainers, and there are no kinks in the hoses, part "Water Inlet Flow Meter P/N 00602819" is failing. This device measures exactly how much water enters the tub, no matter what the water pressure. Not hard to DIY replace with simple tools.
The warranty coverage for bearings or any other specific components depends on the manufacturer and the terms of the warranty provided. Warranties can vary between different products and brands. It's essential to check the warranty documentation that came with the product or contact the manufacturer or the place of purchase to get accurate information about the coverage.
Typically, warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. However, normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse may not be covered. Be sure to review the warranty terms and conditions to understand what is included and excluded from the coverage. If you have a specific product in mind, you can check the manufacturer's website or contact their customer support for detailed warranty information.
Question edited for a lot more clarity, plus add maker.
Question moved to make model category.
What does it do after wash? There are programs that do that on purpose.
Page 13 refers final spin soak, so as not to crease clothes
Page 11 refers to Wash 2 hour soak
This has a new fangled direct drive motor. Normally the fix would be to replace the motor controller or one of the capacitors on the board, but this has none of those, and appears to be run by one control board and that is no longer available. Try cleaning the connectors to the control board with electrical switch cleaner spray. Your best bet is to call for service and hope they can replace the part that is preventing the spin cycle.

You start with under the agitator, then the filter, then the pump, then the hoses at the base of the drum and then everything else.
Then you find nothing and remember you took it out of your pocket and put it in........

This could be down to a number of reasons. The most common of which is a displaced or faulty spin switch. This switch tell the machine that the lid is closed (or that the top is on a front loader). I know this may sound silly, but if you have a spin speed selector, double check to see that it's not been set to "0".
If neither of those work/fit the problem, and also if it is showing any error codes, eg. F01/F02/UNB, please let me know
Ld is long drain, so either the pump is blocked, the pump impeller is worn or the drain hose is blocked.
I had a drain blockage on a Miele and it was cause by an apple stalk lodging itself across the ridges of the drain hose and had collected enough lint to block it, This was a machine that was washing towels commercially for 16 hours a day.
Unhook the drain and watch it pumping either into a bucket or into a laundry sink. It should fly out in a jet!
