whole top screws need to be removed usually two at the top front and two at the rear, then lift one rod upwards so you can remove white or yellow tapered support cup the remove the rest through the bottom of the machine,if support brackets at the bottom end of the damper rod has a slot you can jiggle it free and remove form the top,do all for dampers

Hi!!
Click on the following link for a diag. of the control panel. to get access to the back of the Control Board http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/partsdirect/showSubComp.pd?imageUrl=http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/W0901032-00003.png
check that wiring harness (#8) connections to the Electronic Control Board are tight and the wiring is not broken, burned or damaged. Disconnect the Unit and feel the wire harness (#8) for any small bumps or deformities, repair as needed.

Good Luck! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa!!

In many cases the dishwasher will stop draining or draining fully due to a clogged drainage hose or due to an object caught in the draining pump. There are some cases when the draining pump is faulty and needs to be replaced. We have assembled the top issues to check for a dishwasher that does not drain.
  • Drain Pump: The drain pump pushes water through the drain hose. If the drain pump motor is malfunctioning the dishwasher will not drain. Drain pumps can be checked with a multimeter. If there is no continuity then it must be replaced with a new part.
