My top loader Hisense washing machine doesn't wash but it spins, what is the possible solution?
If your Hisense top-loading washing machine is not washing but can spin out the water, it could be caused by a few different issues. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
- Check to ensure that the washing machine is properly loaded and balanced. An unbalanced load can cause the machine to stop working or not wash properly.
- Check the water supply to the machine. Make sure that the water hoses are properly connected and that the water supply is turned on.
- Check the detergent dispenser to make sure that it is not clogged. A clogged dispenser can prevent the detergent from being dispensed and the machine from washing properly.
- Check the lid switch. If the lid switch is faulty, the machine may not wash but will spin out the water.
- Check the water level switch. If the water level switch is faulty, the machine may not wash properly but will spin out the water.
- If the problem persists, consider contacting Hisense customer service or a technician for further assistance.
It's essential to note that if the machine is not washing but it can spin out the water, it could be caused by a malfunction or damage in the water level switch, the timer or even the motor.
Detergent doesn't drain
The rod which controls the flow of water to the various compartments needs to be adjusted. It is not a difficult fix. You can contact Malber usa (
[email protected]) and they can "walk" you through it. In the alternative, you can put the detergent in the pre-wash tray without concern.
Gorenje washing, why does it stop with 1 left ?
Your NOT suppose to "Program anything". Machines are kinda like people. After they work, they need "some" time to rest. Your machine (And Mine) all do this. Next time leave it alone, the minute will count down and it will automatically shut off. Question? You actually stood by the machine and watched the entire cycle? Was there another problem that motivated you to do this? Like your clothes were still wet or water still in the tub? If you need further help, reach me via phone at

I want to bypass lid lock
It would be innapropriate to recomend the removal of a safety device.
I would repair it, not remove it.
Why does my water won't stop filling?
A few possible causes:
Blocked Water Level Switch: Most top-loading washing machines utilize a pressure switch to tell the water when to shut off during a wash or rinse cycle. If the tube becomes blocked with minerals from hard water or if the switch itself goes bad, the water will never shut off.
Bad Water Valve: Valves at the points where the hot and cold water hoses enter your washing machine control the flow of water into the machine. If these valves become stuck open, or if their seals become lost or compromised, the water will continue to flow into the machine.
Faulty Controls: The controls might fail to acknowledge the input from the pressure switch and never advance from one cycle to another. In some cases, this is a voltage problem, while in other cases the controls themselves are bad and would need to be replaced.
If you've already cleaned and cut the ends of the tube going to the level sensor and the issue persists, it might be best to consult with a professional appliance repair service. They can help diagnose and fix the problem accurately. Please remember to turn off the water supply and unplug the machine before attempting any repairs.

Replace lid switch on kenmore washing machine top load model #110.24962301
Thats a simple one to replace. Unplug unit. Take a putty knife and release clips that secure console to top. They are located on each front corner of console. Raise lid. Unplug harness from switch. Take ground screw out that is part of switch assembly. Release plastic tab that holds switch in place and remove switch. Install and snap into place new switch with lid open. Put ground screw back in place and plug harness back into place. Lower lid and then raise and listen for clicking noise. Put console back in place. That’s it.
