Okay, first off, NEVER unplug your wii, even when it freezes. This may cause it to short out and will make the problem worse. There is a way you can turn the Wii off while it is in the frozen state.
Hold down the power button for a maximum of 15 seconds, and this will kill the power of the wii without damaging it.

Okay, now to fix the problem: The best thing you can try is to reformat your wii. If this doesn't work, then check to see if it's a glitch in the game itself. Because if this problem doesn't happen on other games, then that could be the problem. Check on the web to see if anyone else is having the same delema with that game, then compare problems.

I am willing to bet that you are leaving the tuner on after you tune the guitar using the built in electronic tuner. The battery should only be in use when using the tuner, or when it is actually plugged into an amp and being played. Other than that, there should not be any drain on the battery. Put a new battery in and strum it without plugging it into the amp. If your electronic tuner begins to register notes, then the tuner is on. There should be a little button on the control of the electronics that you push to turn the tuner off. If that is the issue and you are forgetting to turn the tuner off...then maybe download Guitartuna or some other app on your phone and use that to tune your guitar...then you won't have to remember to press the off button every time you tune your guitar.
