Yes if you swap everything that is connected to electricity over to 220 volts. It is marketed as a 110 volt spa eliminating the problems of running 220 volt power.

Flame present with gas valve "OFF" error
If flame is sensed with the gas valve off the control will go into lockout. The blower will run until error condition is corrected. When corrected, control will run blower for 5 s then automatically restart after 2 minutes.
the error might be caused by a faulty flame sensor. i have heard of this happening the other way (carbon blocks sensor causing no ignite)
Question edited for clarity, 'till' refers to turning over soil, 'tilling', 'until' is the word you need.
That sounds like a thermostat problem. The heater should only be on when water is circulating, even if it is just in the standby mode before the high pressure jets are turned on.
Contact your installer or one of the parts suppliers in the link. It is unlikely to need a new mainboard.

Chemistry is the branch of science concerned with the substances of which matter is composed, the investigation of their properties and reactions, and the use of such reactions to form new substances.
RV water lines can sometimes be difficult to locate. But typically, by removing a panel or an accessible flooring section, Youcan successfully gain access to most of the fresh water plumbing system. The clue to a removable panel is to look for screws instead of staples holding them in place
You may have to match the labels on the capacitor to the wiring diagram. For example, the black wires may be common, the blue wire would be 6.8 µF and the yellow wire 2.7 µF (pulling typical numbers out of a hat). The wiring diagram may show one of these numbers connected to the start winding on the motor and the other connected to the run winding. The respective windings should be labeled on the diagram or on the pump motor.
Next, you would have to trace the wires on the diagram to the H (hot), N (neutral) and G (ground) connections - find the switch(es) on the diagram and on the pump, then work back to a terminal or black wire in or near where the power cord enters the case. The white wire is N, and the green wire goes to ground. The ground may be marked on the wiring diagram with a triangle pointed downward with a straight line on the top side, or with three horizontal bars with the longest one on top, also with with the vertical connection line on top. Ground may be a green-colored screw in a metal part of the pump, or a green or bare wire connected to the frame metal.
If in doubt, contact an electrician.
It is a pump, only motors are measured in Horsepower. I would expect the HP of this above ground combined pump and filter is so low they would be embarrassed to state. It is measured in Gallons Per Hour flow rate.

Remove the salt cell housing and plug one end. Pour cell cleaning solution into the housing until the cell is covered. The cell is clean when no further bubbles are formed and you can see shiny metal cell plates.Remove the cleaning solution flush the cell with clean water and install the salt cell housing back into the system.
OH Code is Overheat, so all the things you tried are not relevant. Low flow is normally the reason, too much heat build up in the heat exchanger so it cuts out.
So, the next time your spa throws you a OH, OHH or some other "overheat" error code, you know what to do. Clean or replace the spa filter, open all the jets and turn the pump on high. If you still have problems, check over your temp sensor and high limit circuits for wire, plug or sensor problems.
Check all of your electrical connections. It could be intermittent within the pump itself but unless you are familiar with electricity; do not attempt to repair it yourself. There are certain ways that pumps are assembled and sealed properly.
It's pretty straight forward. Be certain to take pics so that you are certain about the shaft seal location and use waterproof grease for re assembly and try not to run it dry.
