Depends on how handy you are or if you have a friend or neighbour who is handy. If all else fails find a local car repair shop - the sort of place that has a guy with a long white beard. That type of car repair shop is generally well used to doing running repairs on everything from beds to buggies.

Certainly contact the supplier or manufacturer and ask if they have a repair service or supply replacement component parts - I think it is very unlikely as the luggage isn't of premium, exclusive or designer category and is unlikely to be manufactured locally. If spare parts are available it is likely they are disproportionately expensive. In the absence of the above it would be worth asking at your local saddler, heel bar or the sort of baby shop that repair prams and baby buggies. Maybe a local handyman...

resetting the combination is only practical if the suitcase is open as the reset tab is located inside where it cannot be tampered with when locked. if it is a set of dials lock a locksmith could help you. regards,
