Briefcases can be of three kinds:

Portfolio: a handle-less case to be carried in the hand or under the arm.

Folio case: a portfolio with a retractable handle.

Attache' case: "a box-style case made of leather (occasionally aluminium), scrunched over a hinged frame that opens into two compartments. It was traditionally carried by an attache', a diplomatic officer attached to an embassy or consulate officially assigned to serve in a particular capacity. In recent years, leather pouches (usually slightly larger the size of standard paper, 8.5 x 11) with a zipper sealed compartment has been referred to as attache''s or poche document holders." Depends on how handy you are or if you have a friend or neighbour who is handy.

If all else fails find a local car repair shop - the sort of place that has a guy with a long white beard. That type of car repair shop is generally well used to doing running repairs on everything from beds to buggies.

Have you tried packing them seporately? I have a few brushes that I travel with all the time and have found that packing them in a pencil case with those elastic slots keeps them in place and looking nice when you get there.

Hello, Palesa -

Make a telephone call to the airlines for which your flight is scheduled. You may be able to find a phone number for a local office for the airlines or you can probably find a toll free number you can call.

Ask to speak with someone who can help you reschedule your flight reservation.

Note: There will probably be a charge for changing your flight reservation.

Note: Fixya.com is a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.

Best wishes.

That is a pretty big laptop, luckily there are a lot of bags out there that will fit laptops that size. You can find some at Office Depot or Walmart you can also try searching directly on targus and jansport's sites for bags that will be big enough.
