Sections of tanks can be replaced BUT you would have to get a specialist to do it as even a tank that size has to take a huge amount of weight on the glass and joints. Most likely due to moisture and condensation created by the water temperature and the room temperature. You need to dry up the bulb and its connection... or simply buy a new bulb!
