Cd - means door lock defect so replace door lock or check cable and PCB (triac). Dado

C1 - means that in prewash cycle no water inlet, valve does not open/ interruption or flow rate too low. So I suggest to you following: check water inlet, clean sieve, check inlet valve, check pressure sensor and finally check wiring. Dado

If there is a fault happend the error code should appear on the display (as shown picture below) : There are two types of error code, first one that begins with a letter "C" and a mean customer fault code that can eliminate by the customer. for example: C1 - means "Telescopic runner inside during pyrolyse" Remedy: "Remove side grids during pyrolyse" Faults that begin with letter "F" require the expertise of a service technician especially when it comes to new ovens powered and controlled by electronics. for example: F 239 means: Quantum Touch Controller alarm: 1. If the communication over the bus SPI with the Quantum touch is after 50 trials unsuccessful than alarm is set. The alarm is reset if the communication is okay again. Could be: 1. Connections Board Touch. 2. Board Touch fault. Dado

Maybe heating element is burnt out.

To display Error Code:
Move Programme Selector to the Off postion.
Press the 2 buttons on the right and turn the selector 1 position clockwise and hold the 2 buttons for about 5 seconds until all the lights are flashing. Release buttons and turn the selector to the 10th position. The Error Code will be displayed.
Note the code then turn the selector to off ,then on,then off again.

What is a "drayaer"?

Possible imbalance:

• When the washing machine will not spin, this may not be due to a fault on the machine. It may be due to the electronic balance check.
• The electronic balance check ensures that the clothing is balanced inside the washing machine before the appliance starts to spin. This prevents your washing machine from being subjected to uneven loads, which can damage the machine.
• The electronic balance check also means that your washing machine will not be able to spin a single garment or a few garments because it is unable to balance the machine. If the imbalance exceeds 0.5 kg, the spin function will not operate.
• In the case of a single garment or a few garments, there will be nothing wrong with the washing machine. You can work around the problem by placing a few towels in the washing machine. Towels help the washing machine to balance the load and spin.
• You can test your machine by spinning with an empty drum (without any garments). If this works, the machine is working properly.
• Overloading the machine can also cause the machine not to spin.

If none of the above suggestions resolve the problem, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center. Rinse hold selected:

• If rinse hold is selected, the washing machine does not spin at the end of the cycle. If there is water in the machine after washing, select and start a pumping cycle.

Level:

• If the appliance has not been installed so that it is level, it may cause the machine not to spin. To level the appliance, adjust the appliance's feet and check it with a spirit level.

Unstable base:

• If the base on which the machine is placed is unstable, e.g. a wooden floor (not a solid level base), it may cause the machine not to spin. If the base is not level or firm, movements may occur in the machine which prevent it from balancing itself.

Dirty filter:

• If the drainage does not function properly, it may cause the machine not to spin. Clean the drain filter and the pump blade (if the pump blade is visible, turn it using a pencil and remove any fluff or foreign objects). Then refit the filter and start a hot wash without any soap to clean the machine. Check if the drain hose is set at the proper height (min. 60 cm - max. 90 cm) and if it is not put too far down into the drain (max. 10 cm).

Hello! Probably you have foreign stuff in the drain pump or the pump worn out. Unplug the machine and unscrew the pump cap, watch for water pouring out, prepare something to catch in the water, then inspect for coins, knobs, ... . Check if the pump wheel rotates freely. screw back the cap and try to start a new wash program

The machine knows what the water level should be at every step of the program, so if its full when it should be empty, is not filling when it should be or is taking too long to fill or empty the program will abort and count down in seconds as you describe. First - check the drain filter for blockage!! if clear, can you hear the drain pump running on 'drain' program? a chug chug chug noise. If not pump may be jammed or seized - or the drain tube maybe be blocked at the waste connection on the sink, etc. Or maybe the water supply pipes have blocked or got turned off? Possibly the waste pipe may not have been installed correctly and the machine is syphoning empty? ie the end of the waste pipe is lower than the water level in the machine - so it syphons empty like draining petrol from a petrol tank! That would empty the machine when it should be full. Check all the basics of filling, draining and filter before suspecting anything else.

See page 23 of the (UK) user's instructions, which you can download from the AEG website. The pump is accessed from the front of the machine. There's a small cover panel at the bottom right corner. Just remove the cover, and unscrew the plug carefully so that water can drain gradually into a shallow tray. TURN THE POWER OFF FIRST.

Check your pressure sensor. Make sure that the air column that operates the pressure sensor is not blocked. Find the pressure sensor and remove the air hose to it. Blowing into it with the hose attached to the pressure sensor will check the pressure sensor. Use an ohm meter to measure if it changes. Blowing on it with it connected to the air column will check that nothing is blocking it.

You have a leak in the machine and water is accumulating in the base pan. Most likely this leak is a manufacturing issue or a transportation issue. Check to see where the leak is coming from under the machine. If in warranty call the dealer.

This is a configuration error. There is a way to reconfigure it, if you have the technical information, but most likely you will need to replace the PC board.
