Pull front nozzle downward and at the same time pull the drill bit out i take this is sds type of drill try it.

it is called an inlet valve and the PCB controls when it opens/closes . call a repair service

E60 error code is a heating problem.
What you need to do is take the back cover off and from there you will see the heater in the back of the drum at the bottom.
Make sure the wires are still in place on the heater. If they are then you will need a multimeter and meter the heater out. It should read about 28 ohms. If faulty then it will need to be replaced.
If the heater and the wiring check out OK then its probably the control board that's the problem here i am afraid.

You are using a cleansing agent that has no biological cleaning agents so it does not clean off all the organic debris.
All very well for those with sensitive skin but not for the machine.
Try lemon juice to de grease the boot.
