The F3E2 Error Code indicates that there may be an issue with the Temperature Control sensor. Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet for at least 1 minute, and then plugging it back in.Another issue is a blockage in the outlet drain pipe or pump.

The low humming sound is indicative that the start / run capacitor has failed. It give the motor an electrical jolt to get it going. Call for service and tell them the story.

Hi, please power cycle your washer (ie restart via power outlet unplug and re-plug). After this, please rotate the dial 90 degrees counter-clockwise before attempting another wash . All of these actions to help reset/undo any issues with the washer. Otherwise, you might need to schedule a home diagnosis/repair. Thank you.

Hi, Please double check that you're accounting for the weight of the clothes in the washer. Lighter clothes should produce a lower sound and heavier loads should be much louder. If possible, you can add some oil around the rotating portion of the machine in order to lower friction. Thank you.

Likely to be the clutch or gearbox wear.

POSSIBLY A BAD CONTROL BOARD

The most likely cause for a washing machine that is able to still spin but still turns but the clothes are still very wet is a problem with the drain hose to the washer . Most of the time with this issue or whichever is causing it to not drain during the spin cycle means the water isn't draining off very quick enough and is essentially going back into the washers drum,that is re-soaking your clothing.
