I used to use crackdownloader to find serials but it is getting old and can't find any newer serials. I just researched and got graagle and it can't find blur. I tried to search activision and it found 9 serials but not for blur. Sorry

I read up on this and it seems that you may need to update your video card drivers. I think there may be a codec with compatibility issues.
