To remove melted crayon from upholstery:
1. Scrape away melted wax from the upholstery as much as you can using a blunt knife. 2. Put a brown paper, or butcher paper (glossy side down) on top of the affected area then using the tip of a hot flat iron, melt the crayon until it stick to the paper. 3. Let the paper cool then lift it away gently from the upholstery. 4. Dab a small amount of denatured alcohol to remove any remaining stains then finally clean the affected area with sponge and water.
Hope this help. Goodluck!

Help getting crayon out of dryer.

If they are globs you can freeze them by rubbing with an ice cube and scrape them off. If the residue is thin like a coat of paint use denatured alcohol or paint thinner to rub them off. Make sure you leave the dryer door open several hours after using solvent inside to air it out. Do not use the dryer immediately after using solvent or there could be a fire hazard.
If the crayon residue is on the clothes, you can put piece of absorbent paper (like a paper grocery bag) over the stain and iron it. The heat will melt the crayon wax and the paper will absorb it. You may have to do it several times to get it all out. Denatured alcohol or paint thinner might be needed to get the final stain out.
