Some days ago my camera fell down and its lense get replaced from its position.now it do not go inside or outside.so please send me a solution to repair it

You might want to send your camera to your Sony Authourized Dealer for some technical repair. Since it accidentally fell, there might be a part from your camera that is affected by the sudden hit causing your lense to jammed.

In this situation (salt water) best thing is rinsing the equipment immadiatelly with tap water and drying it throughly and quickly (with hair dryer etc.) But its been three days, so the internal circuitry and metallic mechanisms are most probably affected from salt water since its highly corrosive. Now, you can send it to your dealer/camera manufacturer for throughly check and repair. I believe nothing you can do right now. And its probably still damp inside, means still affecting by corrosive salt water if you did not already dry it throughly.

Hi. I had exactly the same problem with my Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W7. The problem started after while lense was fully open, the battery became 100% empty. I did not have access to new batteries and did not have my charger with me so I put the camera on my car seat and went home. After charging the batteries, I turned the camera Off and the lense retracted 100%. Later on I tried to transfer some pictures to my PC. After connecting the camera to my PC with the dial in the P position and lense fully open I turned the dial to play in order to transfer photos. After transferring the pictures, I turned the camera off and disconnected from the computer.

I turn the camera on to take new pictures next day, The lense would go up, and and turn with lense fully open. It would never close. The screen was black with a message "Turn the camera on and off again". I tried 30 times or more and the same thing would happen again.

Here is what I did to fix my camera and it has been working normally since then.

1- I cleaned around the outside of the lense with lent free cloth

2- I used dust OFF to get raid of the remaining small dust particles from around the lense.

3- While turning the camera off, I pushed (down, up and turn) the lense in (NOT TOO Hard) by my hand. If you push the lense too hard, you may damage the mechanicall moving parts of the lense.

4- After a few tries, the lense retracted 90% +. I then pushed the lense a little harder all the way in, the way it normall retracts. The lense cover also closed 100%.

5- I turned the Camera on and off a few times. It was opening and closing exactly the way it used to. My Cybershot has been working okay since then.

I read a lot and here is what cause my lense to malfunction.

While lense was fully open and battery died, some small particles got on the lense and prevented lense from fully opening or closing.

In summery: two things could have caused your camera lense to malfunction.

1- if you had dropped your camera hard, some mechanical parts may have got damaged or dislocated. In this case you have to open the lense and replace the damaged part, clean and put it back on the camera. This is too risky for most ordinary people. You would most likely make it WORST.

2- If you did not drop it, most likly, some how some small dust particles got on the outside of the lense and they prevent the lense or the lense cover from fully opening and closing. If this is your case, please follow exactly what I did and your camera would be back to normal.

When you dropped your camera, some dirt got on the outside of the lense or some mechanical part of the lense broke or dislocated. If some of the mechnical part of the lense is damaged, you need to open up the lense from the camera and inspect the parts. Look for loose parts, then clean it and put it back.
I had the same problem with my sony Cyber-shop, but it was not dropped. somehow one or more small piece of dirt got on the outside of the lense. Here is what I did and the problem was fixed for good.
While turning the camera off, I pressed on the lense (up and down motion) softly. After a few times, the lense retracted 95% of the normal retracted position. I then, pressed the lense a little harder in untill it was fully retracted. It has been working okay since then.

You should always keep the outside of the lense clean and do not drop it.

you need to send this to the shop, im afraid, these tiny parts are not easy to repair, the home positioning sensor need some repairing

I was all over this site and the only solution was to send it into repair for the "4 beeps and shut off" problem. I found another site that talked about lense errors, and one of their suggestions was to take the camera, lense up, smack it into your other hand (not too hard) (screen down toward your receiving hand) while the lense was out. You have to be fast, because when you power on, the lense comes out, and you have about 2 seconds to do it. My first light smack, and the camera came alive again! They also talked about lightly tweaking the lense while it was out in case it fell off track or skipped a tooth, but that wasn't my problem apparently!

I just fixed mine and what came out of the end of the lense housing was the shutter assembly. Your camera will still work but the shutter will not operate for protecting your lense.

What was on the ground from the shutter assembly looked like six parts but actually there's eight:

1 - Front round plate (what you see if shutter assembly was still in the lense housing).
2 - Hair size springs that hopefully stayed in the sides of the front round plate. IF NOT OR EITHER ARE LOST, THE SHUTTERS CAN'T BE SET TO CLOSE SO SKIP THE STEPS BELOW ABOUT INSTALLING THE BLADES.
1 - back round plate (black with four tabs).
2 - Larger L-shaped blades.
2 - Smaller L-shaped blades.

Place the front round plate with cosmetic (engraved 'PENTAX...) side down and look at the inside for two round mounting posts on the left and right. You will be using the larger of the two posts on each side for placing the L-shaped blades.

Place the larger L-shape blades with the hole end onto the posts. Blades should swing freely and their backs match with the shape of the inside of the front plate when open.

Place the smaller L-shape blades on top of their respective larger L-shape blades with the hole end onto the same posts used in the last step. Blades should swing freely and their backs match with the shape of the inside of the front plate when open along with the larger L-shape blades.

Springs (long ends) will need to notch into the smaller L-shape piece end (nearest the hole/post end). This is a real trickly part of the assembly and I used two tools like large pins or needles to pry the spring into the notch. If you can't do this, no sense in even leaving the four L-shaped blades inside of the front round plate since the shutter will not close properly without the springs.

Align and snap the back round plate tabs onto the front round plate. The shutter assembly is now ready to put back into the lense assembly.

MAKE SURE THE CAMERA IS IN THE OFF POSITION AND THE LENSE ASSEMBLY IS RETRACTED!

Align the front of the shutter assembly with the engraved wording properly oriented (not sideways, not upside down, etc.) and press gently into the lense assembly until completely in the end of the housing.

If blades were installed properly, they will open when the camera is turned on, and close when the camera is turned off.

If blades were not installed, the empty shutter assembly (back round plate snapped onto front round plate) can still be pressed into the lense housing...the shutter will just not work and the lense will always be exposed. Actually, this is one helluva lot easier than fixing the shutter assembly and not the end of the world for your camera's operation!

Just returned from trip to Cuba..most photos taken outside and few inside...all photos were exc. or good except the ones I used with the telephoto feature. Had I left it on the W feature,these photos would have been ok...also make sure the focus ring lens adj. is not on the macro imaging feature..found that focus ring lens setting sometimes moved when I put the camera into its case
