WE HAVE A 5050N AND WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO RESET IT AFTER GETTING AN ERROR CODE. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

- Replace the potential sensor unit.- Replace the laser scanner unit.- Replace the DC controller PCB.

printers need all cartridges to work properly
replace the empty cartridge with a full one and proceed with the printing

Most people have the opposite problem with this printer it calibrates all the time!
The calibration is automatic try turning off the printer and disconnect the mains lead, wait 5 mins and switch back on and it should calibrate.

Hi there it is ink error.
You can try to reset the cartages this may do it Please call back let us know if it worked for you, PLEASE.

1. Start with printer off
2. Press and hold resume Button (triangle in the circle) and click “Power” button. Green led should be on
3. While holding the Power button, release the Resume Button.
4. Without releasing the Power Button, click “Resume” button for two times and release Both Buttons.
5. Click “Resume” for four times then soon click “Power” button, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber).
6. Turn off the printer and turn on again

Thae error means the fuser web has run out
you will need to replace the web and the reset the code in service mode.
You must replace the web before resetting the code if you dont
it will damage your machine.
