Bosch WFL 2872 washing machine has just started beeping (3 beeps) at approx 1 minute intervals at end of program until I turn machine off. washer is 3 years old & has never done this before - does it indicate a problem or should I not worry?!

My one beeped every 30 seconds to tell me that the cycle was finished.It should stop itself after about 15 minutes,or just turn the machine off.

All you need to open the control panel and remove the connection to the buzzer unit.
If the washer works fine , the buzzer can be disconnected

hi, I found out last night after being wokenup by endless beeping.... start with program dial at " off position", then turn 1 notch to the right, and then press and hold eco-perfect button and turn prog.dial 1 notch to the right. a number will appear in the display. press"clock" button until number is 0. then turn prog.dial one notch more and do the same. all sounds are off now....

Make sure it's plugged into dryer and not the wall

When the machine is on, but not running, press and hold the "pre-wash" button. After a few seconds it will begin that beep noise, keep holding it in until the beep volume goes down and finally stops completely (5-10 secs). Once the beep has stopped, release the button and voila, no more annoying beeps at the end of your cycle.

To restore the end of cycle notification (beep) do the same thing as described above, but release the button earlier while the beep is still going.

this could be a block in the pump or motor brushes would go for the pump
