Hi there, we too have a similar problem. Our new door handle part has arrived but we are having huge problems fitting it as we cant prise the grey outer trim off the door and thus can't get in to put the new door handle in.
Please help! How can we get the trim off without resorting to serious damage with a screwdriver!!!?
You have a syphon - the waste pipe is probably too low and the end sits in water in the drain, meaning the water runs through the machine and out the waste.
Hi, You have taken out the strainer of the washer front and cleaned it regularly haven't you?? If that's clear, it's probably just the waste line blocked. Try removing the waste pipe where it joins under the sink, put it in a bucket and see if the washer drains. It's probably full of sh"te. If that doesn't work, then I'm probably full of sh"te and you might need a new pump.
you haven't said a make and it is presumably a washer but: waste pipe clips usually onto a spigot on the pump housing. should be accessible by tilting machine backwards. on some machines easier to remove the back plate
