I have a camera sony cybershot DSC-W350 and flash is not working. And I receive an error message E:91 01. What do I do?

put the camera in play mode as in your viewing a pic. Push the menu button go right to the bottom and you see a toolbox select this and the second option down is language settings ... tada.....bobs ya uncle :@)

You can't. The DSC-W350 is designed as a camera, storing images (and videos) to memory, not to stream live video to another device.

i think i had the same problem, if u press the home button and then press shooting then hit the flash button on the right hand side it should change the mode.

Sounds like you need a new flash unit. It could be the system board, but this is not likely if you are not getting an error message from the camera.

If the camera works in all other respects, then that has something to do with the flash setting or some other setting in the menus. But this sounds like something with the flash directly.

Try also to reset all the menu setting back to what it was for the factory. Most digital cameras have a setting for that, and usually is something like "RESET ALL" or something close to that.

If nothing works, then the camera needs repair. This is an error to do with the flash only, it appears. So some of the internal parts could be weak, thus causing the error.

Some of the popup flashes seem to be defective on this product. Mine is. I am returning mine under warranty.

Well I have the same camera.
And mine won't turn on.
Suggestion dont trust this camera.
Or maybe it just can't hold that much memory.
