Kenmore Elite Oasis mod # 27062601-The UL shows with a large or small load. Unbalance load during different cycles. The machine dances, feet are level, wearing of the plastic the the suspension arms suspend from. Shakes real bad. Do I need to call a sears repair person or is this a diy fix?

Check the Vibration damper rods to be sure that...
1. They are there and mount is solid.
2. If they are broken in 1/2.
3. The plastic knuckle mounts are not missing/broken.
4. There is oil in the shock absorber/spring section of the rods.

Also - there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub that could be broken and/or missing.

Replace/repair as necessary.

Yes you will have to replace all four balancers (four corners). Same thing happened to us. We have five kids also and you can only imagine how much fun that was to do just two shirts or pants at a time. Ours was still under warranty so we had Sears fix it. Took quite a bit of time, but it is fixed now.
