My washer is howling like an airplane during the operating specially in the rinsing cycles when it need to swing at full speed. Is that means I have to buy a new one, or I can still repair it?

It sounds like the drum bearings are wearing out,,you can have new bearings fitted but its not very cheap to get the fixed,,,the way to look at it is this,,how old is your washer? how many years life is left in it? and what the next thing to go wrong with it? so is it worth spending good cash on patching it up or spending a bit more on a new washer?

OK during wash and rinse cycle but suddenly became very noisy during high speed spin cycle

If noise occurs only during spinning cycle, then the 2 bearings and seal need to be replaced.

High speed drum rinse ..drum not spinning during rinse cycle

Clean out coin collector thoroughly. Replace drain pump if necessary. Water will drain if you can place drain hose on floor and let water siphon out.

Sounds like you have a broken motor coupler. They are inexpensive. Can be a little tough to replace but I can walk you through it. You can purchase a coupler here.

Shutting down on rinse cycle

Hi this could means that you may need to replace the washing machine bearings. Once the bearings are bad, the motor overheats and it will automatically shut down after the first rinse.

Spinning during all cycle

depending on how handy you are, replacement of the brake pads can be a real pain. As an experienced technician I specialized in Amana/Speed Queen for a while. I recommend you call a service man to replace the brakes. Its worth your while and your fingers.

"howling" noise during spin cycle (still there after changing burned off belt)

Travioso, there was two service flashes out on this model concerning the seal and bearing which means they had an issue with this washer. The howling noise you are hearing is the bearing and will need the new designed triple seal and bearing kit. This should be covered under your warranty, I believe it is 5 years. The numbers for the service flashes are TDL-0048A-B. Call Maytag and inquire about these service flashes, these should be covered. Catriver.
