SAMSUNG WF337AA BRAND NEW BUT WILL NOT DRAIN WATER
I had this problem and after emptying I still had it.
i ended up taking the back off, removing the pump and discovered hair was stopping the impeller fan from moving.
after a clean it's perfect.
very fiddly job but easier if you lean the machine over slightly.
Also samsung after care for the same things going wrong is terrible I saved a small fortune doing this as samsung wanted nearly 100 just to take a look!

Try clean debris filter locate in front of the machine.
It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

I dont have a debris filter like this
We were washing clothes and left our home. When we returned, the machine was humming a solid, steady hum, but not too loud. There were not any errors on the display but it had clearly not drained and was "stuck" in the drain/spin cycle.
