English is in there...you'll have to scroll through the menu and all the sub-menus (I know....it's tedious) until you find the word "english"...when you do, click ok/select/menu and your language will change to english.

There should be a Language change option in the Menu. Our Panasonic Mini DV cam has Language options only for English, Spanish, French. If your camera does not have an English option, you may need to call Panasonic Tech Support for help.

I am afraid,that Panasonic in Japan provides only Japanese language for the Japanese market. English or any other language is only included for the models aimed for export
1.find a japanese person and ask him to do it for you 2.find an english manual and follow the same steps 3.find an online translator and try to translate the steps
(those are working if your camera support english language)
