F1 means that there ain't not enough water, or just the opposit, that the waterdetector doesn't work and there enters too much. Got the same problem. I'll tell you if I manage to fix it.

According to my list, AEG Lavamat 8*** Series Onwards C9 stands for 'tacho fault' (monitoring the motor speed) requiring a service engineer's attention I suggest. Sorry ;-0(

Error code F9 means an error with motor or motor tacho failure. Try resetting the error by pressing quick and prewashing buttons together while turning the knob to gentle spin. All LED's will glow, now turn the knob back to Off and the machine should work. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
error code ce is a faulty water distributor fault . you have to replace the top part of the soap dispensor compartment. sometimes you can hear a clicking noise when its trying to operate
