I put clothes inside the washer, added detergent, closed the door and selected the cycle. The Start button didn't light, but the Finished/Wash/Rinse lights all flashed and kept beeping. The door will not open, even after leaving the machine unplugged for some time. this has happened before, and you were able to give me a solution last time, but i lost the instructions.
The door sensor/ lock is not working well
Try pressing "end of cycle" button, wait for 2 minutes before opening the door, do not force door.
Ok, does it have a sfety unlock behind lower part of door?
In the meanwhile:

If you have water inside the machine, remember the washing machine must be empty for the door to open.
either open the trap at the bottom of your machine and prepare for flood,
or drop the grey drain hose to the floor and machine should empty.Once you open the door check the drain hoose, something may be obstructing it

Old post from kurmudjiim72 :
"On the bottom right-hand side of the washer, there should be a door
that contains the drain cleanout. Open the door and in the upper
right-hand corner of the opening, there should be the end of a plastic
handle. It may barely be showing, so look closely. Pull it down with
your fingers or a plyers and your door should release."

It sound as a malfunction lid switch, that should be replaced.
The
switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame.
Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washer to get
to the switch.
Good luck!

It doesn't have that - just Start/Pause, Bleach, and Extra Rinse. Those are the only buttons, and otherwise there's a dial to set the cycle.
Since the washer only has 3 buttons - Start/Pause, Bleach, and Rinse, that's all I can press. Otherwise it just has a dial on the right hand side with cycle options and a single position for Off. I have tried unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for over an hour.
I can't get into my profile because I forgot the password and FixYa didnt' email me a password, although I requested 3 times. I finally set up a new one through a different email address.
There's no water inside the machine. Any idea how to get your webmaster to send me that new password? If I could look at the old instructions, i think that would do it. It was something about pressing 2 buttons at the same time.
And I have read the manual and tried their suggestions before.
I expect there is a problem like that but the last instructions involved pressing more than one button at the same time.
Sorry, there's no water inside the machine. The suggestions in the manual don't work either. As I said before, the solution I got last time involved holding down buttons simultaneously, but it was kind of tricky. I've tried again to get your administrator to send me a password so I can get into the original profile, but still no luck. I guess that's the 5th request.
I can't access my Profile with the old solution because I forgot that original password, and my 5 attempts to have FixYa send a new one to my email have failed! That's over the last 12 hours. Eventually I gave up and started a new account to get help from you. I do remember that that initial solution involved pushing several buttons simultaneously.
