I would have to assume you damaged your door lock assy. You can remove the bottom access panel and there will be a tab you can pull to manually unlock the unit hanging down from the door lock assy. This may work, if this does not work then you will have to replace the door lock assy. The unit will not clear unless the door is unlocked. You could also try to unplug the unit for 10 mins or so to see if it will manually unlock itself.
Hope this helps _MJ_
Thank you for your inquiry, Sam Aghajan!
I see that your Frigidaire range has went through a self-cleaning and the door will not open. It sounds like a possible issue with the door latch or control panel. I understand that you have reset your range and performed a second self-clean. I would suggest holding down the cancel/clear button for five to ten seconds. This should help to unlatch the door. You can also perform a self-clean cycle and before the cycle starts clear it out and that should help to release the door. If that does not work I would recommend contacting a professional technician to come out and repair the latch. Good luck. -Matt
