How can i fix my touch screen on the samsung tocco lite? I can no longer use the touch screen on my phone and it is only 2 months old!! It has not been overused or badly treated. Please help

I think the touch screen is faulty. You not badly treating or overusing the phone does not mean it would not not get spoilt. Remember it an electronic, anything can happen.

You need to take the phone to an expert to change the touch screen for you.

My samsung F480 wont turn on and when it does it will turn itself bck on then off agian and i dont know what to do ? i lost the phone in the snow for four days but it was protected i found it again and it worked for about 3 months but now its going crazy on me. Please Help me x

Hello,

There is the part called the sensor board connector. It is connected from the screen to the main board of the phone. If it is loosely connected, the touch screen will not respond. Have it securel connected and the phone will respond to touch.

After your receive your call, you need to do the following
1) Press the centre key (key on the phone not on the screen)
2) On the touch screen, you will see a speaker icon. Just press that.
It will switch the loud speaker ON.

Your probably goingto need to reset the software in it or get a new touch screen the folks at www.pdarepair.com are so awesome for great turn around times and just over the top repair that you just cannot turn down. Bottom of touch screen does not work on samsung f480
The software sections which control the parts which are no longer in control must be corrupted. You may also have to change your entire software to avail the contols. Thank you.

this is a factory fault that cannot be rectified, from time to time the phone will freeze and after a while will function normally as if nothing ever happened. leave the phone alone dont fiddle with it until it resumes normal function

i recommend sending the phone to the manufacturer, i had the same problem on my tocco (f480) took it to carphonewarehouse were i intended to pay for a repair however due to the phone being in warranty you can get the screen fixed for free.
