I cant find the instructions for this watch and I dont know how to syncronize the analogue and digital
To set the analog time to match the digital time...
There are 4 buttons: top left=A, top right=B, lower left=C, lower right=D
Get the watch in timekeeping mode (where it shows the digital time or date)
Press C six (6) times
Hold down A until the current digital time begins to flash
Press D repeatedly to advance the analog time, one minute at a time.
If you need to advance the analog time at high speed, HOLD D DOWN.
To return to regular timekeeping mode, press C
Set the digital time so that it matches the analog time, since you can reset the seconds easily.

Push the top left button six time. then press the bottom right repeatedly until the proper time is shown and then push the top left button
Press the lower right button (D) once.
I dont know how to change from army time to normal time. how do you do it>

I have a casio telememo 30 and don't know how to change the analog time. It is showing a different time than the digital time.

When I first got the watch,somehow (can't recall how) I managed to push a button to move analog hands close to correct time. Then I read instructions to set digital time. Now I can't get the analog to move to synch up.
