When I am on the phone with a call, and I get another call , I do not have any idea to go from one call to the other, without losing both calls. Help please.

not sure if this is going to help you out but have a read but make sure it is what you want to do before you do it...Navigate to Settings, Backup and reset and then Reset settings. 2. If you have an option that says 'Reset settings' this is possibly where you canreset the phone without losing all your data. If the option just says 'Reset phone' you don't have the option to save data.16 Mar 2017
Try the default codes,should be one of the following: 123456 000000 12345 00000 1234 0000 If neither works I think the only way to reset the code without losing data is some Firmware Flash via USB. I read that MXKey is able to reset it for certain phones but I have no idea if this software is really safe http://www.mxkey.biz

This problem is what we called "Red Blink" on our term, it is some kind of a system file corruption or GDFS error.
Anyway,fixing this problem needs a gsm gadget and a special file to recover the phone,fortunately if you are worried of losing your important data,it can be retrieve as long as this mobile technician know how to work with it. other technician directly flash or program the firmware immediately so everything will be erase,but others know how to revive the phone without doing that method,better ask and look for a mobile technician that know how to recover the phone without losing anything.
Note : You can ask the technician if he will use this method for recovering the phone without losing anything.

dear its imposible to do this. but i have one idea. u unlock ur memory card and u know all data is delete but dont worry. u have data recovery software? if u not u can down laod from net then u unlock ur card and plun in ur memory card in card reader and card reader with computer and recover u data ok i hope u understand. i sure its work. tc
This problem may cause due to insufficient memory of your cell phone. Delete some files from cell phone if problem begins save all your contact to your sim card then you can completely reset the phone without losing your contacts.
Try using a Jabra bluetooth.... Go to newegg.com and get the Jabra for twenty-four dollars.... I was having the same problem and this bluetooth saved the day......
