Hi, once i charged my mobile on the ps4 and now when i start it is loading on 30% and tells me that i have to reinstal software. What should i do

you have lost operating system on ps4 or it has too old an operating system. Get a 16 or 32 gig USB memory stick download onto the usb stick from https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/#newinstallation has instructions also on web page link as folders has to be /ps4 then sub folder /update/ you will lose data and any saved software on ps4 if you are subscribed to ps network any software downloaded might be able to be re downloaded from ps4 network via ps4

If you are experiencing this ce-34878-0 error code, please close the application and then install the latest system software and game patch. If the error occurs again, initialise the PS4 system after back-up of the save data and please also submit any crash reports after re-booting your console when the error occurs. Sure the "solution" isn't exactly helpful for those that have already lost their save file, but it's good to have something to refer to when the error hits. Until Sony patches the PS4 for this error, this is probably as close to a fix as we'll get.

Do you mean once you turn it on , it takes 30 minutes before it lights up ?

Yes, you can reinstall the software by downloading the free software Nokia Suite from the web.

If your mobile is dead then please check is it charging or not if it is charging then it means your mobile is not dead it is just software problem for that you should reinstall the software it will start working. & if it is not charging then there is a problem with your mobile mother bard for that you should visit your nearest Nokia service center they check what happen to your mobile & they will solve it.

Check if the battery is fully charged.?
If it is then it is a software problem so you need to reinstall the software.Take the mobile to the nearest authorized service centre of HTC and they will reinstall it.

The default lock code is 12345.

If you changed it and forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will reinstall the software fully and they will bring your mobile to default security code so that you can open your phone.

NOTE: While reinstalling the software all your contacts will be deleted.
