The pump filter is accessed via the small hatch at floor level. It can also be behind the kick plate..Unscrew the filter and clean. It may be very badly clogged with whatever is left in pockets. Remember when the filter is removed the water will drain out..Also, check that coins haven't jammed the impeller. Leaning the machine back against the wall will stop the last of the water from draining and will allow better visual inspection...Good luck...Nomess

OE is drain error..Most likely problem is partially blocked pump filter...This is accessed via the small door at floor level...Unscrew the pump cover and clear the filter..Any water in the machine will flow from the pump cover...Empty the machine first...Leaning it back can help....Good luck....Nomess

I had same problem and i have opened the the water pump and found some tissues blocked the fan from spining , i remove it and immediatly worked .

I assume you mean the filter behind the little door down the bottom. You open the door and unscrew the cover to remove the filter. if it won't come then it must be jammed. Try using a pliers to carefully work away at it . It probably has coins etc jammed inside. I have broken these by trying to remove them, but it has to come so if this happens it doesn't cost much for a new one good luck
