Keeping in mind that the soap & bleach gets dispensed into your wash on the
second to last rinse cycle and that most all rinse cycles are in cold
water. Is your cold water valve screen plugged causing your washer to
rinse poorly? Are you using the HE detergent? If not maybe the
washer is sudsing up to much and having a hard time rinsing all the
suds and bleach out and leaving the clothes soapy.
Fill the washer up with no clothes in it on a cold/cold wash setting
does it take a long time to fill the washer up? Also when it is full
and agitating is there suds in the washer?
Last suggestion is if the drain is hose is a lot higher than the top of
the washer it might have a hard time draining out all of the soap
water before the next load
raise the main drain hose to the top of the back control head. there may be a problem with the main hose being to low and the water is gravity siphoning out of the washer.make sure the washer is off when you lift the hose up but do not remove it from the wall, you should here water drain out once it has stopped draining restart you machine and it should fill to the proper level and quit then go into your wash cycle
Please be carful as running the agitator without enough water will overheat and kick out the motor, however it should be ok when it resets itself.
Yes, the machine should stop agitating when you lift the lid so this too is part of the problem.
After looking at the print I can only suggest that the cam contacts in the timer ( contacts 12 and 14) that start the motor are burned and stuck together.

it will fill but won,t spin, will throw out water as if it washed, then it take water to rinse but won,t spin ,then will throw out water as if it did , but clothes are soaked
I had the same problem with my Kenmore Model 11022956102 washer and first thought that it was the water inlet valves. So I replaced them, but found the problem continued. After about 25 seconds into the rinse cycle the water only trickled in. Checking with a voltage meter I found that I lost 120V at terminals 3 & 5 on the washer temperature controller after 25 seconds. Even though the wiring diagram doesn't show the water temperature control board, since it's full of resisters and capacitors, I figured it was the most likely problem. So I ordered a remanufactured board from Parts Simple (#3407125), received and installed it. The 17 year old washer is now working fine once again. I hope this helps someone with the same problem. /s/ Paul
Hi this could means that you may need to replace the washing machine bearings. Once the bearings are bad, the motor overheats and it will automatically shut down after the first rinse.
