Samsung dualactive wash can not start DE error when water is full

you have not said what your washing machine you have.so this is for the samsung.
If the Machine is displaying "dE" error, kindly check for the following : First and foremost the door must be properly closed. You can check the end of the drain hose is too low (Make sure the holder of drain hose in the back is intact). Also, you can check the end of the drain hose is submerged in water.7 Mar 2014

You need to call Samsung Service for a warranty repair and don't mention the sponges or they will try to charge you.

0E - OVER-FLOW ERROR

Over-Flow error occurs when the water level is too high. It can be cleared by turning POWER switch OFF. Water is drained prior to POWER switch OFF. The tub is drained for 2 minutes if a frequency of more than 25 KHz is detected.
