Mitsubishi Diamond TV power went out TV wont turn back on.

thats caused by failed caps on the DM power board. When the power is lost the caps discharge and then cany recharge when the power is restored. The WS55859 dm repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com is the correct kit for that symptom the kit contains the caps and the CD with instructions for the repair.

Check ur power source?Tries tv unplug,replug the tv back like about an hour later.Now the tv are resetting it self back to the factory setting.The tv should work now.If still have the same problems,some how ur power supply board is causes and is not providing the tv the wright voltages anymore.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

try to plug it in another outlet, if it still wont power on, local technician can fix the problem , power supply or output is defective..

Perform Reset From Front panel of Tv, wait until green light stops blinking, set is running self diagnostic. If that doesn't work, it could be something in the DMD Panel containing the Digital Micromirror Device

if ure handy pop the back off and there should be a main power board and a fuse on it, make sure you use the same fuse if it is blown do not stick another type or size in it, put it back together and turn it on if it blows again it will be somthing else if not it should work

You will find 4 swollen capacitors in the DM module of value 1000uF 16volt. Replace them.

you need to buy a new tv when your power went out it was fine when it came back on it surged and fried components in the tv same thing happend to me but i lost my computer vcr tv dvd player and monotor

the problem will either fix itself out or the screen will go. chances are one color goes then the next and then its toast but can go after blue as well.

its the circut board that leads into tv from power cord , i had bought mitsubishi65819 black diamond gray 65inch for $54 ,is under the warranty the board cost $350 , labor $200 but this depends on where u live ,either way it was a steal for me ,but yea i had same problem when u turn tv on it shuts down like not even 2seconds i had tech come out and he had to take the board to get it repaired ,its not available he said but its repairable , was a sears tech so sears can repair it
