The line off the top of the primer bulb goes to the top of the carburetor.
The line on the bottom of the primer bulb goes to the fitting on the
center of the fuel tank and the line off the side of the fuel tank goes
to the bottom of the carburetor.

If you disconnected them (2) simply experiment as it will only start and run if correct way round!!!

Hi Lance, you must have a dipstick or wherever you checked for the level of oil. That is where you add the oil. I have found this to be where the oil goes in the smaller generators. I hope I am right and this is helpful a bit to you. Any question welcome. All the best and good luck.
