Hi.

Please try dialling one of the Samsung secret security codes listed below. The operation will reset the phone removing the lock. Test with and without SIM. After reset the phone will be unlocked entering the default code 0000:

*2767*3855# (full reset)

*2767*2878# (custom reset)

Here the full list of Samsung secret codes.

Note: Samsung secret code will not unlock the SIM lock, SIM PIN or PUK code.
