My lg did the same thing I had to call the mcaffee security hot line.
The 4 PIN number had to be reset buy them you will need to give them the email addres from when you set the phone up the first time. It's kindof a pain in the but. If you do a google search you will be able to find the support phone number.

Don't LG have an LG Shop or an Android Shop close by to get service like you do with the Apple Store.
