I have this problem. This code is due to restriction of water flow. In my case, we have sand in our water, and I have installed a filter between the water line and the washer. When it gets clogged, the flow is restricted and the Check Water Tap message appears. Your washer has filters on the back of the washer itself that may be clogged and need cleaning (which is why I installed the water filter between the washer & water line to prevent it from getting into the washer filter). Your washer manual shows you how to check/clean them. Also, you may have low water pressure during summer months due to lawn watering in your area that could cause this lower water pressure.

It can be that the drain pump is consuming more currrent than is required from the board as the processor senses that this is a malfunction and so shuts down as a safety mode.
So recheck on your drain valve/pump . test from the outside. If not the fault can be failure of the pump driver in the main board causing the error related to the drain pump.
Check the main board .

Hello Gary,
You didn't specify the brand or model number of the dishwasher, but I suspect it's a Bosch, in which case the E:15 error with the flashing tap sign and the drain pump running continuously means the anti-flood protection system has been activated. This could be due to water having leaked into the bottom of the washer under the tub or it could be as simple as a stuck float or faulty float-switch.
If the drain pump is running whenever there is power to the washer and continues to run even with the door open, this means the anti-flood protections system has been tripped. You then need to determine whether this is due to a leak or a faulty switch . . .
First remove the kick-plate from under the door and check for any signs of water having leaked under the tub. If there are no signs a leak, the float-switch is either stuck or needs to be replaced.
The position of the float-switch will either be near the front right corner or the center of the washer depending on which model you have. If your washer has a 'mushroom' in the base of the tub near the center, try lifting and dropping the mushroom a few times to make sure it isn't stuck.
If you don't have a mushroom, the float and float-switch will be near the front-right corner. You will need to pull the dishwasher out from under the counter and remove the left-side panel to get access to this. The float switch assembly will look similar to this:
I've ringed the switch in red and this is activated by the red lever running vertically below. You need to make sure the switch clicks on and off when you raise and lower the red lever. If the switch is stuck on it will need to be replaced
