In Facebook, you should be able to copy and paste the link of the video right into your status. Then there will be a video camera icon you can click on that will tell your friends you are sharing a video.
There is no way to post the actual video, only the link.

BEST BET change login and passwiord, the longer anyone can access your computer the sooner they can gain info about you, your friends, Finances and really have you in a jam, It"s like your waiting to meet the person breaking into your house.

Sir, you can definitely have and should have the genuine updated software for your phone, it increases the phone's life and stability as well. I've provided a download link below. You can have the update utility and the guides as well there.
All you need to do an update is the USB Data Cable (DCU-60) and an active internet connection, if you have them please proceed, and without them its not possible.
Ok, now download the utility from the link below, install it and the wizard will guide you further on how and when to connect the phone. Also note that you should backup all your Data before updating as after that your phone will be in "Out of the Box" Condition.
